Job Description
Task
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager, to measure metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lift analysis.
- Work with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad creatives.
- Build strong client relationships, providing regular performance reports and recommendations based on KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and best practices, including emerging channels like Amazon Ads and Pinterest Ads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in paid media management using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while meeting KPIs.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager are preferred.
