Job Description

Task

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, and generate a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Utilize outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to build a database of qualified leads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of product/service offerings.
  • Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking key metrics and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, and a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5- 10 years of experience in sales, with a preference for service sales, international sales, or the construction industry.
