Job Description
Task
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, and generate a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Utilize outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to build a database of qualified leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of product/service offerings.
- Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking key metrics and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, and a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5- 10 years of experience in sales, with a preference for service sales, international sales, or the construction industry.
